TREM1-DAP12 293T Cell Line is designed to evaluate TREM1 signaling dynamics and supports immunology research and anti-inflammatory drug testing.
Human TREM1_DAP12 293T Cell Line is a HEK293T-based model co-expressing the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (TREM1) and its adaptor DAP12. The stable expression is achieved using bicistronic lentiviral vectors, validated by qRT-PCR. Cells are maintained at low passage (<P20). Target TREM1 amplifies inflammation by enhancing cytokine production in myeloid cells and requires DAP12 for surface expression and signal transduction via ITAM motifs. Dysregulation contributes to sepsis, chronic inflammation, and cancer-associated myeloid activation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
