Human TREM1_DAP12 CHOK1 Cell Line is developed to investigate immune receptor signaling pathways and inflammatory mechanisms in cell biology.
This CHOK1 cell line was engineered to co-express human TREM1 and DAP12 proteins via lentiviral transduction. CHOK1 cells offer a reliable platform for receptor-ligand interaction studies and glycoprotein expression.
Target
TREM1 is a pro-inflammatory receptor that signals through the adaptor DAP12, playing key roles in innate immune response regulation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
