Description

Human Retinal Microvascular Pericytes (HRMVPCs) are initiated by elutriation from dissociated normal human retinal tissue. Puromycin resistant hTert-HRMVPCs are selected from HRMVPCs after infected with lentiviruses expressing hTert. The cells are shipped in frozen vials.
