NIH-3T3-ras cell line is a classic mouse fibroblast model transformed with Ras, widely used to study oncogene signaling, transformation, and tumor biology.
These cells are useful for DNA transfection and transformation studies. Tested and found negative for MAP-test. The cells are transfected with the H-ras-oncogene (G-418; Resistance to neomycine).
