We recently received the RM-1 cell line. The cell number was very high (much higher than the 1 million per ml that was promised) and the viability after recovery was better than 99%. All the documentation needed for growing the cells was provided both digitally and in hard copy with the product shipment. The culture and sub-culturing instructions were provided in a very clear document that was and will continue to be quite helpful as we use the cells. We plated the cells in four T-25 dishes and the cells were at 95% confluency in the first 24 hr. We are very happy with the results and plan to use Accegen for our cell culture needs in the future.
