Description

The TGF-β superfamily is a large family of cell signaling proteins, including TGF-β, Activin, Nodal, Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP), Growth and Differentiation Factor (GDF), among others. TGF-β receptors can activate both Smad-dependent and non-Smad-dependent signaling pathways, participating in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, aging, apoptosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, migration, as well as cell fate determination and other physiological processes. They play crucial roles in early embryonic development, tissue and organ formation, and adult tissue homeostasis.TGF-β Reporter HEK-293 Cell Line stably expresses reporter genes related to the TGF-β pathway and TGF-β receptors, making it suitable for research involving TGF-β pathway-related small molecule drugs, monoclonal antibodies, and bispecific antibodies.
