TNF-β Leeporter™ Luciferase Reporter-Raw264.7 Cell Line is an advanced genetically engineered macrophage model derived from murine Raw264.7 cells, featuring a TNF-β (Tumor Necrosis Factor-beta) responsive luciferase reporter system with proprietary Leeporter™ technology. This innovative cell line maintains native macrophage characteristics including adherent morphology, phagocytic capability, and cytokine production while enabling ultrasensitive detection of TNF-β signaling activity. The Leeporter™ system provides exceptional luminescent signal amplification with minimal background noise, allowing precise quantification of TNF-β pathway activation for immunology research and drug discovery applications.
