Cyno GPC3 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cyno GPC3 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous cynomolgus monkey GPC3 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
GPC3 (Glypican 3) is a membrane-bound heparan sulfate proteoglycan involved in Wnt signaling and cell proliferation. It is overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and used as a biomarker and therapeutic target in liver cancers.
