293T cells stably expressing cynomolgus SEZ6, applicable for synaptic biology, neurological disease modeling, and cross-species translational research.
Xpress™ Cyno SEZ6 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Cyno SEZ6 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous Cynomolgus monkey SEZ6 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The SEZ6 gene encodes a transmembrane protein involved in synaptic function and neuronal maturation. Its expression is implicated in neurological development and potentially neurodegenerative conditions. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
