Xpress™ Human AKR1B1 Over-expressing Cell Line (NCI-H1975) is a genetically modified model derived from the NCI-H1975 lung adenocarcinoma cell line based on customers’ requirement. This overexpression cell line is constructed via stable lentiviral-mediated transduction of the human AKR1B1 gene.
Target
AKR1B1 (Aldo-Keto Reductase Family 1 Member B1) plays a critical role in detoxification of aldehydes and has been implicated in diabetic complications, inflammation, and cancer. Overexpression of AKR1B1 enhances tumor cell proliferation, epithelial plasticity, and metabolic reprogramming. AcceGen enables generation of functionally validated overexpression models for drug discovery and biomarker research. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
