The Xpress™ B7H4 BAF3 cell line stably overexpresses human B7H4, providing an ideal model for immune checkpoint research and antibody development.
Xpress™ Human B7H4 over-expressing cell line (BAF3) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B cell line BAF3 based on customers’ requirement. B7H4 BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human B7H4 into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The B7H4 gene encodes an inhibitory immune checkpoint molecule of the B7 family that negatively regulates T cell immunity. Its overexpression in multiple solid tumors is associated with immune evasion and poor clinical outcomes, making B7H4 a potential target for immunotherapy.
