Xpress™ B7H4 Overexpression Cell Line MC38, designed for tumor immune evasion research, aids in evaluating the effectiveness of B7H4 targeted therapies.
Xpress™ Human B7H4 over-expressing cell line (MC38) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine colon adenocarcinoma MC38 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. B7H4 MC38 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human B7H4 into MC38 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
