The Overexpression Cell Line is designed for studying chemokine signaling and immune cell migration. It supports screening of anti-inflammatory drugs.
Xpress™ Human CCRL2 over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CCRL2 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CCRL2 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The CCRL2 gene encodes an atypical chemokine receptor involved in modulating immune cell trafficking, particularly neutrophils and monocytes. It is associated with inflammatory responses, myeloid leukemias, and tumor microenvironment remodeling. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
