The Xpress™ Human CD39 Overexpression Cell Line (CHOK1) enables research into ATP metabolism, immune suppression, and tumor microenvironment studies.
The CD39 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from CHOK1 cells based on customers’ requirement. CD39 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CD39 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CD39 (ENTPD1) is an ectonucleotidase involved in hydrolyzing ATP and ADP to AMP, contributing to immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. CD39 plays a key role in adenosine signaling and Treg-mediated immune evasion. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
