Generate stable human CD47 overexpression cell lines to support antibody screening and small molecule drug development, aiding cutting-edge cancer research.
Human CD47 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CD47 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CD47 is a ubiquitously expressed transmembrane protein known for its role as a “don’t eat me” signal through interaction with SIRPα on phagocytic cells. It is overexpressed in many tumors and implicated in immune evasion. Targeting CD47 is a promising strategy in cancer immunotherapy.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
