Description

Xpress™ Human CD48 over-expressing cell line (293T) is a stably modified model developed from 293T cells, expressing the human CD48 gene under the control of lentiviral vectors to ensure high and stable expression for immunological studies.
Target
CD48, a member of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family, is involved in T cell activation, adhesion, and NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It interacts with 2B4 (CD244) and has been linked to immune surveillance and cancer immune evasion.
