The Xpress™ human CD94 overexpression cell line (CHOK1) provides an ideal platform for studying NK cell receptor signaling, aiding in immune function.
Xpress™ Human CD94 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human CD94 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CD94 gene (KLRD1) into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
CD94 is a type II transmembrane protein expressed on NK cells and subsets of T cells. It forms heterodimers with NKG2 family proteins and plays a role in MHC class I recognition and immune regulation. AcceGen supports generation of NK cell receptor overexpression models for immune function research. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
