CT26 cell line overexpressing human CLDN1, ideal for tight junction research, viral entry mechanism studies, and therapeutic screening assays.
Human CLDN1 CT26 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine colon carcinoma (CT26) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human CLDN1 CT26 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CLDN1 into CT26 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CLDN1 is a tight junction protein that regulates paracellular permeability and epithelial integrity. It is frequently dysregulated in cancers, particularly colorectal, liver, and breast cancers, and contributes to tumor progression and metastasis.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
