The Xpress™ Human CLDN3 over-expressing cell line (293T) are valuable for exploring tight junction biology and cancer-associated CLDN3 signaling.
CLDN3 293T Overexpression Cell Line is established by stable integration of human CLDN3 into 293T cells using lentiviral vectors. Cells are validated by qRT-PCR and kept below passage 20.
Target
CLDN3 is a tight junction protein involved in maintaining epithelial barrier integrity and is overexpressed in ovarian and prostate cancers. It plays roles in tumorigenesis and cell polarity. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
Application
This model supports research on tight junctions, cancer metastasis, and targeted delivery systems for CLDN3-expressing tumors.
