Description

CLDN5 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is developed by stable lentiviral integration of full-length human CLDN5 into CHOK1 cells. Expression is validated by qRT-PCR; cells are <P20. Target CLDN5 is a key component of tight junctions in endothelial cells, essential for vascular homeostasis. Dysregulation is implicated in stroke, multiple sclerosis, and brain tumors. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
