Xpress™ CLEC5A overexpression cell line CT26 supports research on immune activation, fulfilling your gene research needs with a stable cell model.
Xpress™ Human CLEC5A over-expressing cell line (CT26) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine colon carcinoma CT26 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CLEC5A CT26 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CLEC5A into CT26 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The CLEC5A gene encodes a C-type lectin receptor involved in the activation of innate immunity, particularly in myeloid cells. It mediates pro-inflammatory responses during viral infections and cancer progression, making it a potential target for immunomodulatory therapies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
