Human cMyc stably expressed in BAF3 cells, ideal for oncogenic transcription factor studies and modeling proliferation, apoptosis, and transformation.
Xpress™ Human cMyc Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B (BAF3) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. cMyc BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human cMyc into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The cMyc gene encodes a transcription factor regulating genes involved in cell cycle progression, metabolism, and apoptosis. It is frequently amplified in cancer and is a key driver of tumorigenesis. cMyc interacts with Max to regulate transcriptional networks in oncogenesis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
