The CXCR5 HEK293 overexpression cell line is a genetically engineered model suitable for studying immune cell migration and therapeutic screening.
CXCR5 HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CXCR5 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CXCR5 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The CXCR5 gene encodes a chemokine receptor essential for the migration of B cells and T follicular helper cells into lymphoid follicles via its ligand CXCL13. It is involved in immune regulation, lymphoma progression, and chronic inflammatory diseases. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
