The Xpress™ Human CXCR6 Overexpression Cell Line (CHOK1) enables chemokine receptor research focused on immune regulation and cancer progression.
The CXCR6 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) cells based on customers’ requirement. CXCR6 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CXCR6 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CXCR6 encodes a chemokine receptor that mediates lymphocyte homing and immune cell localization. It is implicated in chronic inflammation, liver fibrosis, and immune cell infiltration in solid tumors.
