BAF3 cells stably overexpressing human EGFRvA mutant, suitable for research on constitutive signaling, tumorigenesis, and targeted cancer therapy testing.
Xpress™ Human EGFRvA Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B (BAF3) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. EGFRvA BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human EGFRvA into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The EGFRvA variant is a modified form of the epidermal growth factor receptor, frequently associated with aberrant signaling in cancers. EGFR family members regulate proliferation, survival, and differentiation. Mutated variants like EGFRvA drive oncogenic signaling in lung and brain tumors. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
