The Human EPHA5 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is ideal for ephrin signaling research, neurodevelopmental studies, and targeted therapy validation.
Xpress™ Human EPHA5 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral integration of the full-length human EPHA5 gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
EPHA5 is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family involved in neuronal development, axon guidance, and cell migration. Human EPHA5 signaling is implicated in neural network formation and certain cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
