The Xpress™ Human GPRC5A Overexpression Cell Line (293T) is a tool for studying epithelial cell signaling and tumorigenesis in various cancer types.
Xpress™ Human GPRC5A Overexpression Cell Line (293T) was established by lentiviral transduction of full-length human GPRC5A into 293T cells. This engineered model is stably maintained under antibiotic selection and validated by qRT-PCR. The low passage cells (<P20) ensure experimental consistency. Target GPRC5A, also known as retinoic acid-induced protein 3, is a G protein-coupled receptor implicated in regulating epithelial cell differentiation and tumor suppression in lung and gastrointestinal tissues. Dysregulation of GPRC5A expression is associated with oncogenesis and altered immune responses in various cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
