The Xpress™ IL2RABG 293T cell line offers a unique platform for investigating IL-2 pathways and T cell responses. Perfect for your research needs!
Xpress™ Human IL2RABG over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. IL2RABG 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL2RA, IL2RB, and IL2RG into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The IL2RABG gene set encodes the trimeric interleukin-2 receptor complex (α, β, γ chains), which mediates IL-2-dependent T cell activation, proliferation, and immune regulation. Dysregulation of IL-2 signaling is involved in autoimmune disorders and cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
