Enhance your research with the Xpress™ IL2RABG CHOK1 overexpression cell line, ideal for IL-2 receptor dynamics and immunotherapy development.
Xpress™ Human IL2RABG over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. IL2RABG CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL2RA, IL2RB, and IL2RG into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The IL2RABG gene set encodes the trimeric interleukin-2 receptor complex (α, β, γ chains), which mediates IL-2-dependent T cell activation, proliferation, and immune regulation. Dysregulation of IL-2 signaling is involved in autoimmune disorders and cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
