Xpress™ IL2RB Overexpressing 293T Cell Line, aiding IL-2/IL-15 signaling pathway research, supporting cell immune regulation and therapeutic drug screening.
Xpress™ Human IL2RB over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. IL2RB 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL2RB into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The IL2RB gene encodes the beta subunit of the interleukin-2 receptor, essential for IL-2 and IL-15 signal transduction. It plays a critical role in T cell proliferation, NK cell activation, and regulatory T cell function. Dysregulation of IL2RB is associated with autoimmune disease and cancer immunopathology. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
