Description

IL2RB TF1 Overexpression Cell Line was generated from human erythroleukemia TF1 cells by stable lentiviral integration of the full-length human IL2RB gene. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
IL2RB (Interleukin-2 Receptor Subunit Beta) is a key component of the high-affinity IL-2 receptor complex, essential for T-cell proliferation and NK cell activation. It is also involved in IL-15 signaling. IL2RB is associated with autoimmune conditions and hematologic malignancies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
