Description

Xpress™ Human LHCGR CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral transduction of the full-length human LHCGR gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor (LHCGR) is a G protein-coupled receptor critical for reproductive function and gonadal steroidogenesis. It mediates the effects of LH and hCG in ovarian and testicular cells. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
