Xpress™ Human LHCGR CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral transduction of the full-length human LHCGR gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor (LHCGR) is a G protein-coupled receptor critical for reproductive function and gonadal steroidogenesis.
