Description

This cell model is established by transducing B16F10 murine melanoma cells with lentivirus encoding human LY6K gene. Clones are maintained below passage 20 and verified by qRT-PCR.
Target
LY6K is a cancer-testis antigen involved in tumor growth, immune escape, and chemoresistance, and is highly expressed in several malignancies including breast and bladder cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
