The Xpress™ Human PVRIG Overexpression Cell Line (CHOK1) supports immune checkpoint studies and the development of PVRIG-targeted immunotherapies.
The PVRIG CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from CHOK1 cells based on customers’ requirement. PVRIG CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PVRIG into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
PVRIG encodes an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor involved in T cell regulation through interaction with PVRL2. It is a target of interest in cancer immunotherapy due to its role in immune escape. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
