The human PVRL4 overexpression cell line (B16/F10) provides an ideal model for tumor research, supporting the development and evaluation of PVRL4-t.
Xpress™ Human PVRL4 over-expressing cell line (B16/F10) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine B16/F10 parental cell line. Human PVRL4 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PVRL4 gene into B16/F10 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
PVRL4 (Nectin-4) is a cell adhesion molecule involved in epithelial tissue integrity and tumor progression. It is overexpressed in various cancers, including breast, bladder, and lung cancers, and serves as a target for antibody-drug conjugates such as enfortumab vedotin.
