Xpress™ Human PVRL4 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a CHOK1-based model engineered to stably express the human PVRL4 gene, also known as nectin-4, using lentiviral gene delivery for consistent and robust surface presentation.
Target
PVRL4 (Nectin-4) is a cell adhesion molecule overexpressed in multiple cancers, including breast, bladder, and lung cancers. It has been identified as a tumor-associated antigen and is the target of the FDA-approved antibody-drug conjugate enfortumab vedotin.
