The overexpression cell line is a genetically engineered model that aids in bone remodeling and immune response research, meeting specific customer needs.
RANKL HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. RANKL HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human RANKL into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The RANKL gene (TNFSF11) encodes a key regulator of bone remodeling, mediating osteoclast differentiation and activation via RANK. It is also involved in immune responses and mammary gland development. Dysregulation of RANKL is associated with osteoporosis, bone metastases, and rheumatoid arthritis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
