Target
SEMA4D encodes Semaphorin 4D, a transmembrane protein involved in axon guidance, immune modulation, and angiogenesis. It interacts with receptors such as Plexin-B1 and CD72 and is increasingly recognized as a target in oncology and immunotherapy.
