The TAS2R39 HEK293 overexpression cell line provides a stable model for studying bitter taste receptors, enhancing the understanding of immune responses.
TAS2R39 HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TAS2R39 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TAS2R39 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The TAS2R39 gene encodes a bitter taste receptor belonging to the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily. It is expressed not only in taste buds but also in airway and gastrointestinal tissues, where it is implicated in innate immune responses and smooth muscle relaxation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
