TNFRSF1A encodes Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 1 (TNFR1), a receptor for TNF-α that mediates inflammatory signaling and apoptosis. It plays key roles in autoimmune diseases, inflammation, and cancer, and is considered a key therapeutic target for anti-TNF biologics.
