The Xpress™ TNFRSF4 CHOK1 cell line is specifically designed for studying T cell proliferation and survival, aiding innovation in cancer immunotherapy.
Xpress™ Human TNFRSF4 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TNFRSF4 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TNFRSF4 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The TNFRSF4 gene, also known as OX40, encodes a co-stimulatory receptor expressed on activated T cells. It promotes T cell proliferation, survival, and memory formation, playing a central role in adaptive immunity and cancer immunotherapy.
