CHOK1 cells stably expressing mouse B7H3, enabling tumor immunology research, checkpoint modulation studies, and drug development screening.
Xpress™ Mouse B7H3 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from the Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral-mediated integration of the full-length mouse B7H3 gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
B7H3 (CD276) is an immunoregulatory transmembrane protein involved in modulation of T cell responses. Mouse B7H3 is implicated in tumor immune evasion and is overexpressed in various cancers, correlating with poor prognosis. It is a promising target for cancer immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
