The Xpress™ Mouse GPC3 over-expressing cell line (293T) is suitable for evaluating immunotherapy targets, antigen validation, and tumor marker profiling.
Mouse GPC3 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (293T) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse GPC3 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse GPC3 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
GPC3 regulates cell growth and differentiation through interaction with Wnt and Hedgehog signaling pathways. Its overexpression is observed in liver tumors and developmental abnormalities.
