The Xpress™ Mouse ICAM1 over-expressing cell line (293T) is designed for preclinical immunological studies, receptor-ligand assays, and antibody testing.
Mouse ICAM1 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (293T) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse ICAM1 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse ICAM1 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
ICAM1 is a surface glycoprotein that supports immune cell adhesion and inflammatory signaling. Mouse ICAM1 is commonly used in immune cell recruitment models and vascular inflammation research.
