The Xpress™ Mouse IL11RA Overexpression Cell Line (293T) aids in research on inflammatory diseases, fibrosis, and IL-11 receptor signaling pathways.
The IL11RA 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from human 293T cells based on customers’ requirement. IL11RA 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse IL11RA into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
IL11RA encodes the interleukin-11 receptor alpha, a component of the IL-11 signaling complex involved in hematopoiesis, inflammation, and tissue fibrosis. Mouse IL11RA signaling plays essential roles in stromal remodeling and fibrotic pathologies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
