The Xpress™ Mouse MR1 Overexpression Cell Line (MC38) is an important tool for studying MAIT cell biology, antigen presentation, and immune mechanisms.
Xpress™ Mouse MR1 over-expressing cell line (MC38) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine MC38 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse MR1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse MR1 gene into MC38 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
MR1 (MHC class I-related molecule) is a non-classical MHC molecule that presents microbial metabolites to mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells. It plays an important role in innate-like T cell responses and antimicrobial immunity. AcceGen supports generation of immune modulation models in murine systems. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
