The Xpress™ Mouse PD1 overexpression cell line (293T) provides a powerful model for cancer immunotherapy research, supporting CAR-T engineering.
Xpress™ Mouse PD1 over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse PD1 (Pdcd1) overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse PD1 gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
PD1 is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T cells and plays a critical role in T cell exhaustion and tumor immune escape. It interacts with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2 to suppress T cell activity. AcceGen provides checkpoint molecule overexpression models for cancer immunotherapy research. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
