The Xpress™ Rabbit SIRPA Overexpression Cell Line (CHOK1) enables cross-species studies of immune regulation and checkpoint interaction in vitro models.
Rabbit SIRPA overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous rabbit SIRPA into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Rabbit SIRPA (signal regulatory protein alpha) is a cell surface receptor that mediates inhibitory signals upon binding to CD47. It plays a central role in regulating phagocytosis and maintaining self-tolerance. Rabbit-specific models help evaluate cross-species therapeutic responses.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
