Rat GPRC5D CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Rat GPRC5D CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous rat GPRC5D into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
GPRC5D is a member of the class C GPCR family whose biological function remains under investigation. It is highly expressed in certain tissues and cancers and is emerging as a promising therapeutic target, especially in hematological malignancies.
