In our setup, the cells showed expected activation responses, including consistent changes in inflammatory signaling across repeated experiments. After thawing, recovery was relatively smooth, and the cells reached a workable state without requiring extensive optimization. We also noticed that the morphology and growth rate remained fairly stable over several passages, which helped maintain consistency in our assays.</p>
